Program Fee: PKR 125,000

The fee includes tuition costs, reading material, tea and lunch served during the program. If you wish to avail accommodation through BNU Academy’s accommodation partners, there will be an additional fee inclusive of breakfasts and dinners for the duration of the programme. However, any extra charges such as telephones, extra meals etc., should be paid on departure. You may check-in on the evening preceding the start date of the program and check out the morning after the programme ends. You are, however, requested to inform us of the time of your arrival and departure.

Fee Challans are available in the Self-Service Portal (CMS). You can access the portal through https://www.bnu.edu.pk/apd

Please ensure payment is made only through the following approved channels:

  • 1. Online Payment via CMS Portal (Preferred Method)

    Pay directly through the CMS Portal using your debit/credit card or internet banking.

  • 2. 1-Bill Payment Option

    Available through any banking app or internet banking platform that supports 1-Bill payments (e.g., MCB, UBL, Askari, JS Bank, and other major banks).

    Select the option “1-Bill/ Bill Payment” in your app/portal. Enter the 1-Bill ID printed on your fee challan and proceed with payment.

  • 3. Quick Pay

    Use the Quick Pay ID mentioned on your fee challan. Payment can be made instantly via banking apps, ATMs, or internet banking portals that support Quick Pay.

    Quick Pay is a real-time settlement option, ensuring immediate confirmation of payment in the University’s system.

  • 4. Cash at Bank Branches

    Pay with your printed fee challan at any branch of MCB, UBL, Askari Bank, or JS Bank.

  • 5. Cash at BNU Campus

    At the UBL Counter, 1st Floor, Sartaj Aziz Admin Block.

  • 6. Pay Order / Demand Draft

    In favor of Beaconhouse National University. Submit to the Finance Department at least seven (07) days before the challan’s validity date, along with the challan.

  • 7. Visa/MasterCard Payments

    At the Finance Department, BNU (bank charges apply).

Important Notes

• Payments made through unauthorized channels will not be recognized by the University.

• Always retain your payment proof/transaction slip for record and verification.

• Late payments may result in penalties or cancellation of course registration.

Substitutes/Transfers and Refunds

If you are unable to attend a registered course, we will accept a substitute until 2 working days before the program. Substitute candidates will be subject to the same selection process as the original one. If you wish to cancel your name from a program, please notify in writing or on call at least 5 working days before the program. In case of late cancellation, the course fee will be refunded after deducting an application processing fee of PKR 40,000.

It is possible to transfer the deposited fee to any open enrollment program within 2 years. Transfers should be notified at least 5 working days before the program. In case the participant or sponsoring organisation fails to utilise the funds within 2 years, the deposited fee will be forfeited.

Note: BNU APD may cancel or postpone a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the university will refund the registration fee but will not be responsible for any other related charges/expenses, including cancellation/change charges by airline and travel agencies. In case of postponement, the fee may be transferred to the rescheduled offering of that programme or any other programme as an alternative to a refund. The University reserves the right to make changes in its program policies and fees at any time.
