Academic Coordinator – Department of Management

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) invites applications from organized, proactive, and service-oriented professionals for the position of Academic Coordinator in the Department of Management, School of Management Sciences.

The incumbent will support the smooth delivery of academic and administrative operations by coordinating with students, faculty members, departmental leadership, and the University’s central offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist faculty members in the effective conduct of courses and classes.
  • Provide students and faculty with accurate information regarding academic programs, courses, class schedules, and timetables.
  • Prepare academic timetables and facilitate student registration and course enrolment.
  • Coordinate examinations according to approved schedules and maintain relevant examination and assessment records.
  • Assist the Dean, Head of Department, and faculty members with meetings, budgets, seminars, workshops, and other departmental activities.
  • Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office, Examination Department, HR, Administration, Finance, and Admissions on academic and operational matters.
  • Facilitate administrative requirements, including requisitions, facilities, complaints, security arrangements, study tours, and student transportation.
  • Coordinate the processing of payments and related documentation for visiting faculty.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents while maintaining complete and updated departmental records.
  • Support annual exhibitions, events, admissions activities, and other institutional initiatives.
  • Coordinate the timely updating of the school’s website and social media pages.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Dean or Head of Department.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Education, or a related discipline from recognized HEC institutes.
  • Relevant experience in academic coordination, student services, administration, or a similar role, preferably within a higher education institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with strong documentation and record-management skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manager Student Affairs

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Manager Student Affairs to lead student engagement initiatives, strengthen student support services, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive campus experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and conduct student orientation and induction activities to familiarize new students with university policies, facilities, services, and campus life.
  • Facilitate the timely resolution of student concerns and grievances through coordination with relevant academic and administrative departments.
  • Plan and oversee co-curricular activities, student clubs and societies, sports, competitions, cultural programs, and university-wide events.
  • Coordinate student welfare and wellbeing matters and facilitate access to appropriate counselling, financial assistance, and support services.
