Dr. Ruhi Khalid, Director IP, addressed the audience and appreciated the vital role of the PP&PS in supporting reintegration and reducing recidivism. She emphasized the importance of early psychological intervention, and sustained community support in fostering meaningful change.
The event concluded with the signing of an MoU between the IP and PP&PS, facilitated by Office of Research, Innovation and Partnerships (ORIP). This partnership aims to strengthen collaboration in academic research, policy development, training, and community rehabilitation, reflecting a shared commitment to evidence-based practice and societal well-being.
