Ms. Iqra Naz, Lecturer at the Institute of Psychology, has been selected as a Top 10 Finalist in the Community Health & Wellbeing (Youth) category at the QS ImpACT Awards 2025. Her recognition highlights her commitment to youth-centered mental health innovation. Under BNU Connect, led by Mr. Naveed Aasim, Ms. Iqra supervised the interdisciplinary project “CalmPulse VR,” a virtual reality platform promoting stress relief through guided meditation, breathing feedback, and immersive calming environments. The project team included students from the Institute of Psychology, School of Visual Arts and Design, and School of Mass Communication. “CalmPulse VR” won the Best Prize at the FYP Showcase and continues to represent BNU at national and international platforms.
