In observance of the International Day for Tolerance, BNU brought together five dynamic voices including: BCPR, BNU Blood Bank, Climate Action Society, Animal Club, and the Well-Being Society for a powerful panel discussion on diversity, empathy, and coexistence.
IP's Student and President of the Well-Being society, Eman Sohail, highlighted the vital link between mental well-being and tolerance. She explained how emotional intelligence, empathy, and mindfulness are essential skills that help students manage stress, understand diverse perspectives, and respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.
She emphasized how integrating these practices in our everyday lives can help create a campus culture where every voice feels heard and mental well-being is actively supported.
