The tournament featured three categories — Under-12, Under-18, and Open Division — providing a platform for participants of varying ages and skill levels to showcase their talent. Throughout the event, players demonstrated exceptional concentration, analytical thinking, and sportsmanship as they competed in fast-paced rapid chess matches.
A significant highlight of this year’s tournament was BNU’s first-ever collaboration with the Chess Federation of Pakistan. This partnership marks an important step toward promoting chess at both grassroots and competitive levels while creating meaningful opportunities for young players to develop and refine their skills.
