The engagement brought together distinguished experts from UNDP to explore two interconnected priorities: accelerating tangible climate action within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 13 and navigating the evolving architecture of climate finance to enable just and resilient transitions. Discussions examined how multilateral frameworks, national policies, and institutional strategies can align to address both the financial and operational dimensions of climate response.
Participants gained critical insights into the complexities of global climate governance, particularly the mechanisms through which financing structures can support sustainable development outcomes. The dialogue underscored the importance of collaborative approaches in bridging policy design and implementation at local and international levels.
