On February 14, 2025, the Center for AI Research (CAIR) team from the School of Computer & IT, Beaconhouse National University, presented at ACARI 2025, contributing scholarly insights to the 2nd Asia–Middle East–Africa Conference on Academic and Research Integrity, held from February 13–15, 2025, with strong regional academic participation and engagement.
Led by Dr. Usman Nazir, the team comprising Mr. Muhammad Ali, Mr. Ali Haider Shah, and Mr. Ameer Hamza, delivered a thought-provoking talk titled “Adapting AI in Education: Inclusive and Contextual Strategies for South Asia.” The presentation examined artificial intelligence’s evolving role in reshaping educational practices across diverse socio-academic contexts.
The session addressed critical themes including AI-driven personalized learning, automation in education, challenges of AI adoption in South Asia, and AI’s application in teaching machine learning, mathematics, and programming. Emphasis was also placed on ethical AI policies, fostering responsible integration, meaningful dialogue, and collaborative exchange with international experts in AI and education.
