Beaconhouse National University (BNU) has forged a pivotal strategic alliance with the Project Management Unit-Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP), School Education Department, Government of Balochistan. This high-impact partnership establishes fully-funded scholarships for scholars domiciled in Balochistan to pursue BNU’s four-year BS (Education)/B.Ed (Hons) degree, driving regional academic excellence.

This transformative partnership underscores a shared vision of leveraging teacher education as a catalyst for sustainable human capital development across Balochistan. By combining BNU’s progressive academic infrastructure with the provincial vision for educational development, the initiative guarantees that high-caliber, merit-based scholars gain access to top-tier pedagogical training. The program aims to address systemic educational disparities by equipping a new generation of educators with modern instructional methodologies, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities designed to elevate secondary and higher education outcomes throughout the region.
To formally solidify this institutional synergy, Ms. Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, Honorable Minister of Education, Balochistan, personally visited the BNU campus. During her visit, she commended the collaborative framework and emphasized its potential to transform the socio-educational landscape of the province. Minister Durrani particularly highlighted the initiative’s dedication to fostering female educational empowerment, noting that expanding equitable scholarship access to female scholars will play a vital role in dismantling structural barriers and creating inclusive academic pathways.
