The BNU Center for Policy Research (BCPR), in collaboration with the Maritime Centre of Excellence (MCE), successfully organized a Round Table Discussion on “SCO Summit 2025: A Watershed in the Global Order” on September 18, 2025. The session brought together experts to examine the evolving significance of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in contemporary geopolitics.
Participants shared thought-provoking perspectives on the SCO’s expanding role and its broader implications for global politics, regional security, and international cooperation. The discussion underscored the Summit’s importance as a critical juncture in shaping power dynamics, collective security frameworks, and multilateral engagement in Eurasia and beyond.
Through such platforms, BCPR continues to strengthen informed dialogue and contribute to policy-oriented debates on issues central to Pakistan’s foreign policy and international relations.
