The School of Media and Communication (SMC) presents the Immersive Media Project Showcase 2026, a dynamic exhibition celebrating the creativity, technical expertise, and innovation of graduating students. The showcase features cutting-edge final year projects that explore emerging technologies and contemporary digital storytelling practices. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience immersive and interactive projects spanning augmented reality, virtual reality, game development, mobile applications, animation, visual effects, and digital media production. The exhibition highlights how technology and creativity come together to shape the future of media experiences. • Augmented Reality (AR) The showcase provides a platform for students to present their work to industry professionals, academics, peers, and the wider community while demonstrating innovative approaches to immersive media and digital communication. Note: The showcase is open to students, industry professionals, faculty members, and the general public.
