Installation by Faculty Members at Hungarian Cultural Institute, New Delhi

The work of Sarmed Cheema and Usman Rana, both affiliated with the Department of Theater, Film & Television at the School of Media and Mass Communication, will be showcased at the Hungarian Cultural Institute in New Delhi, India.

Their installation delves into the life of Amrita Shergil, a renowned South Asian artist. By examining Shergil's experiences and emotions, viewers are prompted to contemplate her lasting legacy and influence on future generations.

The video was originally displayed at an exhibition as part of the unveiling ceremony of a commemorative plaque, held at her last abode in the 23-Ganga Ram mansion, Lahore, Pakistan.
