Hospitality Management Students Complete HACCP Training at PC

The students of BS Hospitality Management from Beaconhouse National University successfully completed their two-day extensive HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Training at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore, in collaboration with Hashoo School of Hospitality Management.

Mr. Faisal Naeem, Director Education of Hashoo School of Hospitality Management addressed the students during an interactive session. The Learning & People Development Manager, Javeria from Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore moderated the session at the flagship property and their Quality Assurance Manager Farah Sarwar Bajwa led the HACCP session for the students. The students learned about the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in line with hospitality standards. The session enlightened the students on F&B operations related to food safety, quality, and hygiene along with the knowledge of personal hygiene and food hazards and cross contamination. During the thorough Kitchens Visit and Back of the House Areas, the students learned the 07 practical principles of HACCP ensured at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore and earned their certificates on the successful completion of their HACCP Training.
