BNU Dramatic Society Bags Awards at UCPAF

Beaconhouse National University's Dramatic Society, BEADS, continues to make waves in the world of theatre, showcasing its exceptional talent at the UCPAF (Universal College Performing Arts Festival) organized by UCL (Universal College Lahore). Students from various departments participated in the competition, leaving an indelible mark by bagging four distinguished awards.

The talented participants, guided by their passion for the performing arts, brought home the following accolades:

  • Best Actress Award
  • Best Mime Award
  • Runners-Up Drama Award

The winning play, titled "Pabajaulan," crafted by Abdullah Moin, unfolded as a musical theatre masterpiece. The play delved into the timeless struggle between capitalism and communism, skillfully portraying the silent conflicts within these systems through a theatrical ballet of contrasting movements.
