BNU Introduces Department of Hospitality Management Under the Leadership of Dr. Atif Hassan

Beaconhouse National University is proud to announce the establishment of the Department of Hospitality Management, a significant addition to our academic offerings under the esteemed Faculty of Management Sciences. This strategic initiative is a testament to our ongoing commitment to deliver comprehensive and specialized education in the dynamic field of hospitality.

We are pleased to appoint Dr. Atif Hassan as the Founding Head of the Department of Hospitality Management. A distinguished Professor from the Faculty of Management Sciences, Dr. Hassan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to guide the department during its formative stages. Notably, the newly launched department will offer a BS in Hospitality Management in collaboration with the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management, reflecting our dedication to academic excellence and industry partnerships.

Dr. Atif Hassan's Impressive Profile:

  • Excellence in Teaching & Research Program, George Mason University, USA
  • Ph.D. in Management, Ifugao State University, Philippines
  • Post-Doctorate in Business Management, AIMST University, Malaysia

Dr. Atif's leadership extends to his role as the Dean of the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management in Islamabad, showcasing his dedication to advancing the field.

  • Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP®) from ITHP, UK
  • Executive Masters in Management of Hospitality & Tourism, Metropolitan School of Business Management, UK
  • Faculty Excellence in Teaching and Research Fellowship award from George Mason University, Virginia, USA (2016)

With 23 years of Teaching, Research, and Administrative experience in renowned Academic Institutions globally, Dr. Atif is an HEC Approved Ph.D. Supervisor in the field of Management Sciences.
