Dr. Andrew Wilder, a highly esteemed scholar, and expert in the realm of international relations, holds a Bachelor's degree in foreign service from Georgetown University, a Master's degree in law and diplomacy, and a doctorate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. With a remarkable track record, Dr. Wilder is the author of the influential book "The Pakistani Voter: Electoral Politics and Voting Behavior in the Punjab" published by Oxford University Press in 1999. His scholarly contributions extend to numerous other publications, reflecting his in-depth knowledge of the region.

Dr. Wilder's work has primarily focused on issues surrounding state-building, development, and stabilization efforts in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Notably, he has been serving as the Vice President of the Asia Center at the United States Institute of Peace since 2015.
