Dr. Ummad Mazhar, Head of Department of Economics at Seeta Majeed School of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (SLASS), BNU presented his research paper titled "Decentralization and Business-Government Relations" at the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Governance and Management in Pakistan. Held on 20-21 May, 2016, the conference was organized by the Institute of Administrative Sciences, Punjab University, Lahore.
