Beaconhouse National University organized a Conflict Management workshop for its employees by Hasan Imam Khawaja on December 28, 2015.

Hasan Imam Khawaja is a certified Human Resource practitioner and trainer having over 15 years of experience in GCC, Asia and Asia Pacific. He has substantial experience in multiple sectors, ranging from industrial construction, manufacturing, utilities, chemicals to education and healthcare. He is a certified Practitioner and Trainer in Directive Communication Psychology. He is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK, American Institute of Business Psychology- (AIOBP) –USA, and Australian Human Resources Institute- (AHRI) – Australia. He has been associated with different Educational & Professional Institutions as a visiting faculty member, both in Public and Private sectors.

Mr. Hasan Imam Khawaja discussed causes and perspectives related to workplace conflict and shed light on how to use conflict as a positive and productive force in the workplace. He blended theory with leading practices to elaborate on the topic and shared case studies, vidoes and live examples from local and international market. This helped the participants to actively engage in the discussion and they came up with many interesting questions and scenarios in this regard.

The special lecture was facilitated by HOD Department of Theatre, Film & Television, Mr. Urooj Samdani who later gave a note of thanks to Mr. Hasan Imam Khawaja. The session ended with a group photograph of Vice Chancellor BNU, Mr. Shahid Hafiz Kardar, Mr. Hasan Imam Khawaja and the participants of the workshop.
