A registered MBACP counselor with 12+ years of global experience spanning the UK, UAE, and Pakistan, she excels as an educator, clinical supervisor, researcher, and IP BNU Advisory Council member.

Rabia’s clinical practice spans over a decade across leading institutions, including serving as a Lecturer at BNU for seven years, a Wellbeing Advisor and Program Instructor at International College Portsmouth (University of Portsmouth, UK), and a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the Pulse Therapy Centre (UAE). Currently, she provides clinical services as a Counselor for Better Help UK, serves as the founder of the Institute of Professional Advancement UK, and continues her contribution to IP BNU as a member of its Advisory Council.

In addition to her clinical work, Rabia is an active researcher and author. She co-authored a clinical case report on severe intellectual disability disorder published in the Journal of Scientific and Technical Research (2023), supervises clinical trainees, moderates a Canadian research group, and actively contributes to developing national autism care standards with Pakistan's Islamabad Health Regulation Authority.

As a global trainer, Rabia has developed transformative educational frameworks, including a 90-hour Teacher Licensing Course for the Pulse Therapy Centre UAE, specialized autism-focused teaching initiatives, and structured classroom programs with Purbrook Junior School, UK. Her affiliations with the BACP, BPS, APA, and PACP underscore her ongoing commitment to advancing evidence-based psychological practice internationally.
