As a distinguished alumna of Beaconhouse National University, Minaa Haroon effortlessly navigates the worlds of fine art creation and public arts administration. Her multidisciplinary practice spans traditional miniature painting, expansive sculpture, installation, and digital works, while her role as Assistant Director at the Lahore Arts Council highlights her dedication to fostering the region's artistic ecosystem.

Minaa Haroon is a contemporary visual artist, curator, and government officer residing and practicing in Lahore, Pakistan. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, in 2012, where her exceptional talent earned her the prestigious "Sir Percy Award." Seeking to deepen her interdisciplinary research and conceptual methodology, she went on to complete her Master of Art and Design at the Mariam Dawood School of Visual Arts and Design (MDSVAD), Beaconhouse National University (BNU), in 2016.

Minaa's studio practice moves fluidly across miniature painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, and digital media. Her work explores nuanced themes through precise craftsmanship and contemporary execution. Over her career, she has held two international solo exhibitions and participated in numerous prestigious group showcases across Pakistan, China, Belarus, Palestine, the UAE, and the United States. Select pieces of her work are housed within the permanent collection of the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotels.

In addition to her studio work, Minaa plays an influential role in cultural administration and arts governance. Serving as Assistant Director at the Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra) since 2017, she leads public initiatives such as the Artists' Support Fund for the Government of Punjab. Formerly a key member of the Art and Architecture Committee for the Government of Punjab, she also maintains a strong commitment to academia, having taught as permanent faculty at Lahore Grammar School and as visiting faculty at both BNU and the University of Management and Technology (UMT).
