SVAD Talk Featuring Emma Lambert and Matt Johnston - BNU Events

Emma Lambert is an artist, educator, and lecturer on the Photography programs at Coventry University. She is currently pursuing a practice-based PhD with bookRoom at UCA Farnham and is the founder of Silvergrass Press, a publishing initiative that explores the intersection of creative research and collaborative practice, guided by the question, “Where are you a local?” Matt Johnston is a visual practitioner, educator, and researcher at the School of Arts and the Creative Industries, Coventry University. His work over the past decade has focused on the evolving role of the contemporary photobook, examining its cultural significance, readership potential, and the small but committed community that sustains its growth in the post-millennium era.
