Beaconhouse National University witnessed a remarkable start to its Distinguished Lecture Series on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, with a captivating talk by Mr. Zafar Masud, the CEO of the Bank of Punjab. The event was marked by Mr. Masud's compelling narrative, where he shared his remarkable journey as one of the only two survivors of the tragic PK 8308 plane crash in 2020.

In a packed auditorium, Mr. Masud recounted the harrowing experience of the plane crash and its profound impact on his life. He masterfully connected the lessons he learned from that life-altering incident to the world of business operations and decision-making, drawing on his extensive experience in the banking industry.
