Dr. Ishba Rehman, CPsychol, is a registered U.K. HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and BPS (British Psychological Society) Chartered Counseling Psychologist. She currently holds the position of a Highly Specialist Counseling Psychologist at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, where she actively contributes to the realm of mental health within the U.K. National Health Service (NHS) and third sector mental health organizations.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Ishba Rehman has provided therapeutic interventions to clients with diverse and complex needs. Her expertise spans various modalities and extends to both local and international settings. Dr. Ishba's therapeutic approach is primarily informed by cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed methodologies, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practices.
