Beaconhouse National University (BNU) proudly announces that one of MDSVAD's alumna, Minaa Haroon, has been appointed as the Deputy Director/Head of Alhamra Cultural Complex, Lahore Arts Council. Haroon had previously worked as an Assistant Director in the Fine Arts department at the Lahore Arts Council for six years, where she curated various exhibitions at the Alhamra Art Gallery, showcasing her interdisciplinary skills in miniature paintings, paper, sculptures, installations, and digital works.

Haroon's exceptional talents have been recognized throughout her career, having received the prestigious "Sir Percy Award" at NCA and "Young artist 2012" at Alhamra Art Council. She also won the Popular's Choice award at RedArtBox in Los Angeles in 2022. From 2019 to February 2022, she was in charge of the Alhamra Academy of Performing and Visual Art.

As a BNU-MDSVAD alumna, Haroon represents the university's commitment to excellence in the arts industry. Her appointment as Deputy Director/Head of Alhamra Cultural Complex is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and expertise.
