Pakistan & the Netherlands marked 75 years of diplomatic relations in 2023. A commemorative logo was unveiled by Dr. Asad Majeed Khan, Foreign Secretary of Pakistan and Mr. Paul Huijts, Secretary General, MoFA, Netherlands in the Hague.

For designing the logo, the Dutch Embassy in Pakistan contacted Mr. Rashid Rana, Dean, Mariam Dawood School of Visual Arts & Design, BNU. The logo was designed by Mr. Aarish Sardar, Head of Department, Visual Communication Design, MDSVAD. The logo design shows the national flowers of both countries - Tulip & Jasmine. The illustration of a jasmine vine was done by a teaching assistant/alumna Ms. Duaa Khan Kundi.

Upon the successful unveiling of the emblem in Hague, Rashid Rana, through his compassionate comments, urged that other ambassadors must promote Pakistan's art and design, following Ambassador Suljuk Mustansar Tarar’s footsteps and initiatives.
