Dr. Muhammad Abid Malik from School of Education has published his latest Scopus-indexed article. This article titled "Inculcating Ethical and Moral Values amongst the E-Learners: Proposing a Model for e-Learning Platforms" is published in European Journal of Educational Research.

The influence of neo-liberalism and marketization has seen an increased focus on money-making skills in curriculum and pedagogy, and on majors and disciplines which are "cash-cows" for educational institutions; making ethical and moral values, and character-building an afterthought. Inculcating ethical and moral values has become even tougher in online institutions as the traditional models for it have become ineffective due to the lack of physical presence of the teachers and social surroundings.

To fill this gap, this article proposes a theoretical model for inculcating ethical and moral values through e-learning platforms.
