BNU Department of Theater Film & TV Student Uzair Ahmed grabbed the 3rd position in the 2nd National Immature Short Film Festival (NASFF) 2022, One of the largest film-making competitions in Pakistan conducted by the Ministry of Information and Technology and ISPR. He received this award for producing & directing the documentary "Bahawalpur". PM Mian Shahbaz Sharif was the chief guest of the ceremony who distributed prizes among the winners.

Uzair Ahmed will be studying at New York Film Academy for one year. This fully funded scholarship is being awarded to the winners. We wish all the best to Uzair in his future endeavors.
