Institute of Psychology, Beaconhouse National University, arranged a workshop titled “Psychological First-Aid” for its postgraduate students on 22nd December 2021. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Naima Hassan, a UN certified trainer and stress counselor at the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS), currently working in Somalia (East Africa).

During the workshop, Ms. Naima elaborated on her experience and specific techniques used as part of assessment and intervention. The workshop was very well received by the students and was followed by a question and answers session.
