Mr. Usman Sattar, Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, School of Business has co-authored a research article titled “Multi-Stage Intelligent Smart Lockdown using SIR Model to Control COVID 19”.
In this study, an intelligent smart lockdown strategy is proposed, which is dynamically implemented with the susceptible, infectious, or recovered (SIR) model using Artificial Intelligence. Thus, the proposed strategy shows promising long-term results for controlling COVID-19 without negatively affecting the economy has been published in Intelligent Automation and Soft Computing, an X-category journal.
