On 13th November, 2020 BNU Entrepreneurship Club from the School of Business, Beaconhouse National University invited the team of Startup Grind Lahore for an MoU signing ceremony. The MoU has been signed to enhance mutual cooperation between Startup Grind Lahore and BNU Entrepreneurship Club to work together to contribute towards the growth of entrepreneurship and inspire and empower students to take new initiatives in terms of building their own businesses, connect with strategic partners, and secure funding.

Startup Grind is the largest independent startup community, actively educating, inspiring, and connecting more than 2 million entrepreneurs in over 600 chapters. The cornerstone of this global community is doing monthly events featuring successful local founders, innovators, educators, investors, and difference-makers who share lessons learned on the road to building great companies to nurture startup ecosystems in 125+ countries through events, media, and partnerships with organizations like Google for Startups & Amazon.

At the occasion, Startup Grind Lahore was represented by its director, Mr. Iftikhar Hussain who shared some very inspiring entrepreneurial stories of local businesses and insightful thoughts on how Pakistan’s entrepreneurial landscape is developing. BNU Entrepreneurship Club was represented by Mr. Ijaz Hussain, Head of Department MS, School of Business, Mr. Zaeem Yaqoob Khan, Executive Director, Student Affairs & External Affairs, Mr. Omar Naeem, Asst. Professor, School of Business and student members of BNU Entrepreneruship Club. They welcomed Startup Grind at the occasion and reflected on how this collaborative arrangement may encourage budding young entrepreneurs to take new initiatives to contribute towards the growth of entrepreneurship in Pakistan.
