Eminent lawyer, philanthrope and member of BNU Board of Governors, Dr. Parvez Hassan inaugurated the construction work of the extension block of Razia Hassan School of Architecture alongside fellow members of the Board including Mr. Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri, Mr. Mueen Afzal, university management and members of his family in a small groundbreaking and first bricklaying ceremony. 

Designed by Nayyar Ali Dada Associates, the four–storey extension block will be spread over a covered area of 25,348 sq. ft. and shall provide for additional studio spaces and faculty offices. 

It is important to note that the BNU School of Architecture is named after late Mrs. Razia Hassan, Dr. Parvez Hassan’s mother.
