Introduction

Excellence in academic endeavor is most important feature of BNU for educational development. As a university of higher learning, in the age of rapid social, technological and aesthetic transition BNU as a multi disciplinary institution is committed in educating students with the ability to analyze and critique experience and to nurture their creative abilities so they become active, outstanding members of community, both personally and professionally.

BNU encourages inter disciplinary learning at its seven Schools where a diverse committed faculty leads students through radically new approaches to education and long life learning.

The Quality Assurance Cell has been established by BNU in the pursuance of directive from Higher Education Commission. The Quality Assurance Cell reports directly to the Vice Chancellor. The responsibility of Quality Assurance Cell is to monitor and enhance academic processes, procedures and practices within Schools/ Departments, keeping in view the proposals put forward by the Higher Education Commission.
