The students of IP performed a brain dissection to explore and understand different brain structures, as part of the Biological Basis of Behavior (PSY-105) and Behavioral Neuroscience (PSY-335) courses. Students of both courses enthusiastically participated in the activity. Cow brains were used for this purpose owing to their anatomical similarity to human brain. The dissections were performed under the supervision of Mr. Hafiz Waqar Zafar, the instructor for both the courses; who helped the students in locating specific parts of the brain and also explained different anatomical reference points of the brain.
