The program includes in-depth, supervised
training in Psychology, reserach and practise. Student study
the following subjects/ areas of Psychology:
Psychological Testing and Assessment, Perspectives in
Psychology, Reserach Methodology, Applied Statistics in
Psychology, Perception, Cognition, Learning & Memory,
Communication Skills, English Skills, Behavioral
Neuroscience, Computer Skills, Understanding Social
Behavior, Group Research on indigenous issues, Personal and
Interpersonal Perspective.
This is a two-year full time program. It consists of two
semesters each year i.e. September to December, and January
to May. This degree introduces a wide range of topics in
Psychology and equips students with research skills
necessary to begin to contribute to this field of science.
The degree is also designed to develop a range of
transferable skills to help secure post-graduate employment.

To be eligible for
admission to the M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, a
candidate must have good academic record with B.A in
Psychology or Applied Psychology from a well
established and respectable university.
