The Honours program in Multimedia Systems aims to produce graduates who have an in-depth understanding of the various forms of expression and communication through the different media
(i.e. text, sound, graphic, video, and image) coupled with the ability to express them using the appropriate combination of tools and technologies. The program envisages a manifold increase in the use and diversity of multimedia systems in various spheres including advertising, photography, music technologies and game systems.
With this aim in view, the program blends courses from studio arts, graphic design, audio and video technology, IT, communication and humanities to prepare students to handle the diverse requirements of real-world multimedia projects.
